Dr. Austin Traasdahl, DO profile image

Dr. Austin Traasdahl, DO

Dr. Austin Traasdahl is a board-certified family medicine physician, dedicated to helping patients live healthier, happier, and quality lives. An Arizona native, Dr. Traasdahl completed a Bachelor’s in Human Nutrition and a Master’s in Healthcare Delivery at Arizona State University, laying a strong foundation for his holistic approach to healthcare. He earned his medical degree from the University of the Incarnate Word School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Family Medicine training at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri, where he also earned a certification in Integrative Medicine. Following residency, he obtained a certification in Advanced Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy through Worldlink Medical.

Dr. Traasdahl’s practice is driven by a simple belief: life is short, and every individual deserves to spend it thriving, not just surviving. His areas of focus include preventive care, Integrative Medicine, nutrition, health optimization, and evidence-based bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). He takes an individualized approach to patient care, working collaboratively to find the right solution tailored to each person’s unique needs and symptoms.

When he’s not practicing medicine, Dr. Traasdahl can be found spending quality time with his wife and children, rooting for his Arizona State Sun Devils, serving in church, or collecting new additions to his home gym. With his deep commitment to health optimization, Dr. Traasdahl is here to partner with you on your journey to better health.

Robert and Melissa Alexander

Robert Alexander, FNP-BC, ACNP-BC

At Alexander Medical, Robert Alexander leads a patient-focused practice grounded in preventative medicine, hormone optimization, and restorative care. With over 15 years of clinical experience, he brings a thoughtful, personalized approach to health—balancing medical expertise with proactive screening and individualized treatment plans.

Robert began his academic journey earning a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Arizona State University before transitioning to healthcare. He earned his BSN from Grand Canyon University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing (Acute Care Nurse Practitioner) from Vanderbilt University. He later completed orthopedic certification training at Duke University and a post-graduate Family Nurse Practitioner certificate from the University of Massachusetts Boston. He is nationally certified as both an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP-BC) and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC).

His clinical work began with a focus on testosterone therapy in men, but quickly evolved as he recognized the need for comprehensive hormone balancing to truly improve quality of life. Since 2017, Robert has received extensive advanced training through World Link Medical, allowing him to expand his practice to include men’s and women’s hormone optimization, including care for PCOS, perimenopause, and postmenopausal health.

Complementing his hormone-focused approach, Robert has long emphasized preventative screening. With the addition of a Primary Care Physician to Alexander Medical, the practice now offers formal, in-office primary care, providing integrated, continuous care under one roof.

Brittany Lamb, FNP profile picture

Brittany Lamb, DNP

Brittany Lamb is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Baylor University in 2022. Her academic journey includes two bachelor’s degrees-one in Nursing from Roseman University of Health Sciences and another in Communication Disorders from Brigham Young University.

Brittany recently transitioned into hormone specialty care after completing advanced training in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy through WorldLink Medical. Prior to this, she worked extensively in neurology, focusing on the evaluation and diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases.

She has a strong passion for health, exercise, and helping people feel their best. Brittany believes education is a powerful tool in healthcare and prioritizes helping patients understand their bodies so they can take an active role in improving their quality of life. By using evidence-based hormone therapies and addressing health concerns at the root cause, she strives to help patients live healthier, happier, and more balanced lives.

Outside of work she enjoys reading, being outdoors, sports, and exercising!

Vivian Marcuzzo, PA-C

Vivian Marcuzzo, PA-C, is a compassionate and experienced Physician Assistant with more than 20 years of providing patient-centered medical care. Her extensive clinical background spans Women’s Health, Family Medicine, and Primary Care, allowing her to provide comprehensive, individualized care with an emphasis on prevention, wellness, and long-term health.

Born and raised in Whittier, California, Vivian earned her Bachelor of Science in Biobehavioral Health from The Pennsylvania State University in 2002 before completing her Master of Physician Assistant Sciences at Saint Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania, in 2005.

Vivian began her career in San Diego, California, where she practiced Women’s Health for more than seven years, developing expertise in preventive care, hormone health, and menopause management. After relocating to Gilbert, Arizona with her family, she transitioned into Family Medicine, where she has spent more than a decade caring for patients throughout the East Valley. Her broad primary care experience includes preventive medicine, annual wellness care, and the management of both acute and chronic medical conditions, with a focus on helping patients achieve long-term health and wellness.

As part of the Alexander Medical team, Vivian brings a thoughtful, relationship-centered approach to healthcare that aligns with the practice’s focus on personalized primary care, preventive medicine, and optimizing overall health. While she has a special passion for women’s health and guiding women through menopause and hormonal transitions, she is equally committed to providing comprehensive primary care and preventive health services for all patients. Her goal is to help individuals improve their health through education, early intervention, and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

Vivian believes exceptional healthcare begins by listening. She takes the time to understand each patient’s goals, concerns, and lifestyle, creating a collaborative partnership where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their health. Her philosophy centers on education, prevention, and personalized treatment strategies that help patients not only manage disease but achieve their highest level of wellness.

Outside of medicine, Vivian enjoys spending time with her two daughters, hiking, exploring the outdoors, crafting, and cheering on her daughters at their dance competitions.
