Marciann Roohparvar serves as the Office Manager at Alexander Medical, overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless, concierge level experience for every patient. With a strong focus on organization, communication, and patient care, she supports both the clinical team and the individuals who trust the practice with their wellness.
She has been with Alexander Medical for the past year and is committed to maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and personalized environment.
Outside the clinic, Marciann enjoys traveling to tropical locations and spending time with her two daughters, Abby and Adelyn.
Alana has been working closely with Robert since 2014 and currently serves as our Back Office Manager. She oversees daily clinical operations and ensures clear communication and smooth workflow among our medical assistants, helping everything run seamlessly behind the scenes.
She truly loves the relationships built with our patients over the years and cherishes seeing familiar faces return while welcoming new ones. Watching the practice grow has been incredibly rewarding, and she is proud to be part of a team dedicated to compassionate, high-quality care. When she’s not at work, Alana loves spending time with her husband and their two daughters.
Kaelynn Vega has been a valued member of Alexander Medical since 2023, serving as a New Patient Care Coordinator. She guides each new patient through the first 90 days of their treatment journey, beginning with the initial phone call and continuing with ongoing education, follow-up, and personalized support.
Kaelynn is dedicated to creating a seamless, patient-centered experience by building meaningful relationships, ensuring continuity of care, and helping patients feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. Her approachable personality and sense of humor help make the treatment process both supportive and enjoyable.
Outside of the office, Kaelynn enjoys spending time with her three beloved dogs, Toast, Martin, and Books, who are never far from her side and always keep life entertaining!
