Meet the Founder
Robert Alexander, FNP-BC, ACNP-BC
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
Family Practice | Acute Care
At Alexander Medical, Robert Alexander leads a patient-focused practice grounded in preventative medicine, hormone optimization, and restorative care. With over 15 years of clinical experience, he brings a thoughtful, personalized approach to health—balancing medical expertise with proactive screening and individualized treatment plans.

Robert began his academic journey earning a Bachelor’s in Business Management from Arizona State University before transitioning to healthcare. He earned his BSN from Grand Canyon University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing (Acute Care Nurse Practitioner) from Vanderbilt University. He later completed orthopedic certification training at Duke University and a post-graduate Family Nurse Practitioner certificate from the University of Massachusetts Boston. He is nationally certified as both an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP-BC) and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC).

His clinical work began with a focus on testosterone therapy in men, but quickly evolved as he recognized the need for comprehensive hormone balancing to truly improve quality of life. Since 2017, Robert has received extensive advanced training through World Link Medical, allowing him to expand his practice to include men’s and women’s hormone optimization, including care for PCOS, perimenopause, and postmenopausal health.

Complementing his hormone-focused approach, Robert has long emphasized preventative screening. With the addition of a Primary Care Physician to Alexander Medical, the practice now offers formal, in-office primary care, providing integrated, continuous care under one roof.
